Apfel-Sekttorte

Ingredients:
Dough:
  • 25 dag flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 10 dag margarine
  • 8 dag sugar
  • 1 pkg vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg

Pudding/Apple-filling:
  • 1 kg apples (sour-ly, peeled)
  • 2 pkg vanilla pudding powder
  • 3/4 l Peach-sparkling wine or white wine (semi-sweet)
  • 20 dag sugar
  • 1 pkg vanilla sugar

Dough:
Combine ingredients and knead until it's a shortcrust pastry dough.

Wrap in plastic foil for half an hour, and let it rest in a cool place.
Then spread it into the baking form.


Filling:
Vanilla sauce: prepare like pudding.
Apples: grob raspeln und mit noch warmer Puddingmasse vermengen


Final steps:
  • Pudding-Apfelmischung in Tortenform geben
  • Bei 175°C etwa 1 Stunde backen
  • über Nacht kühl stellen
  • 1 Becher Schlagobers fest schlagen und auf Torte verteilen
  • zum Schluss mit etwas Eierlikör "Fäden" über die Torte ziehen
