Buttermilk Pancakes

Here's my altime favorite recipe for the most fluffy pancakes ever!
Ingridients:

Mix all the dry ingridients together, add milk and egg - stir well until thoroughly blended.1 1/4 cup flour
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
