ktorrent: Manually insert files to seed

[PROBLEM]
I wanted to download the OLPC audio sample library, but the it was going real slowly.
I found another source which was way quicker, but now I'd like to share the files as torrent again, so others can profit from it too.
So, how could I tell ktorrent that I already got the files from another source and seed them instead?
[SOLUTION]
1) start downloading the torrent with ktorrent
2) ktorrent will create stubs for the files
3) Overwrite the existing stub files with the complete ones you already have on your harddisk.
4) Now right-click on the corresponding entry in the "downloads" list of ktorrent and select "Check Data Integrity".
Depending on the size of the downloaded files, this might take a while - but afterwards, ktorrent is aware which data you already have.
