poedit: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery

[PROBLEM]
Poedit gave me the weirdest, completely unusable (yet, highly entertaining) automatic translations for strings of a fresh project.
Trying to rebuild the "Translation Memory", I get the following error message:

Database error: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery

[SOLUTION]
Chose the lazy way (due to lack of time):

• Delete "~/.poedit/tm/".
• Then rebuild the database in poedit.
