Check the other threads.. SATA HDD's are not recognized. There is a solution, but here is another one:

In the BIOS, enable the SATA RAID Mode for the controller. The sata_uli driver will then be able to "see" the SATA HDDs and you can install w/o Problems. You can enable the RAID Mode without having to define a RAID, so you can still use it as single-disk controller.
