You try to access the webinterface to configure your ts2 server, but get a:

You do not have sufficient priviligies to access this document.
You probably deleted the "superuser" - user in the superuser configuration. Even if you are not going to use this user, do NOT delete it! You will end up reinstalling TS, as all other methods just would take longer. Instead, give it a uberhard password and make your own superuser with a different name and password.
